CANGLONG is keen on designing large-scale outdoor shading structure projects for high-speed toll stations. In September 2023, we have the opportunity to work with an Indonesian toll station to showcase our design and installation skills.

We designed two structural forms: skeleton and roof tensile structure, and designed two 30-meter-long masts. Two bent steel bars at the bottom are penetrated, and the tension awning is introduced into the membrane via steel cables and a central column. In addition, downlights and traffic lights are installed on the roof steel trusses. The entire project requires high precision in the positioning and construction of membrane materials. With the efforts of Canglong technical personnel, the project was successfully completed.

Tensile structure construction is very suitable for large-span areas. Because membrane materials are lightweight, designers can create a rich variety of shapes. It has a good safety factor and is very stable under extreme weather or earthquake conditions.
